1 Overview
StreamUK Pro provides a digital streaming service. Because access to the Service is granted immediately upon purchase and activation, all subscription fees are generally non-refundable once credentials have been delivered.
This policy exists because the nature of digital services means that once access is provided, the service has been consumed and cannot be "returned." However, we are committed to fairness and will consider refund or extension requests on a case-by-case basis in specific circumstances outlined below.
2 General No-Refund Policy
As a general rule, no refunds will be issued once:
- Your login credentials have been delivered to your email or WhatsApp
- Your account has been activated on our servers
- You have successfully connected to the service at least once
3 Cases Eligible for Refund or Extension
We will consider a refund or service extension in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Service was completely inaccessible for 72+ consecutive hours due to a fault on our side
- Credentials were never delivered and activation failed entirely despite our attempts
- Duplicate payment was made for the same subscription period
- Technical fault on our infrastructure made the service unusable for the majority of your subscription period
- Change of mind after activation
- Incompatible device or app โ please test first
- Slow internet causing buffering on your end
- Specific channel or programme not available
- Account suspended due to credential sharing or policy breach
- Subscription purchased by mistake
- Partial use of subscription period
All eligible refund requests are reviewed individually and approved at the sole discretion of StreamUK Pro. Approval is not guaranteed.
4 Non-Eligible Circumstances โ Detail
The following situations will not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:
- Change of mind โ Once credentials are delivered, the service has been provided. We recommend using the free trial before purchasing.
- Device incompatibility โ It is your responsibility to verify compatibility. Our support team is available 24/7 to help with setup before you commit.
- ISP issues โ Buffering or connection problems caused by your internet provider or home network are outside our control.
- Content availability โ Specific channels, programmes, or events may occasionally be unavailable due to broadcast rights or technical issues. This does not constitute grounds for a refund.
- Policy violations โ Accounts suspended for sharing credentials, reselling access, or violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for any refund.
- Cryptocurrency payments โ Due to the irreversible nature of crypto transactions, refunds for payments made in Bitcoin or USDT are not possible.
5 Free Trial โ Try Before You Buy
We strongly encourage every new customer to take advantage of our free 24-hour test line before purchasing a subscription. This allows you to:

- Test streaming stability on your internet connection

6 How to Submit a Refund Request
If you believe you have a valid refund claim based on the eligible cases above, please follow these steps:

Decision within 5 business days
We will notify you of our decision within 5 business days. If approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 3โ10 business days.
7 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Most issues can be resolved quickly through our WhatsApp support.
8 Service Extensions
In cases where a refund is not possible but the service was genuinely disrupted due to a fault on our side, we may offer a free subscription extension as an alternative resolution.
Extensions are granted at our discretion and will be proportional to the verified downtime experienced. This is our preferred resolution for genuine service issues.
9 Cancellation
StreamUK Pro subscriptions do not auto-renew. There is no need to "cancel" โ your subscription will simply expire at the end of the paid period.
If you wish to stop using the service before your subscription expires, you may do so at any time. However, no refund will be issued for any unused portion of your subscription period unless an eligible issue applies.
