1 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StreamUK Pro ("the Service"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including browsers, customers, and contributors. Your continued use of the Service following any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
2 Description of Service
StreamUK Pro provides access to a subscription-based IPTV streaming service that delivers live TV channels, video on demand (VOD), and related digital content via internet connection ("the Service").
The Service includes, but is not limited to:
- Access to live television channels via IPTV streams
- Access to a video-on-demand library of movies and series
- Electronic Programme Guide (EPG) functionality
- Technical support via WhatsApp
- VPN access (available on selected plans)
StreamUK Pro reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice.
3 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
StreamUK Pro does not knowingly collect information from or provide services to persons under the age of 18.
4 Account & Access Credentials
Upon payment, you will receive login credentials (username and password) to access the Service. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to:
- Not share your credentials with any third party
- Not resell or redistribute access to the Service
- Notify us immediately via WhatsApp if you suspect unauthorised use of your account
- Use the number of simultaneous connections permitted by your chosen plan only
5 Payment & Billing
All subscription fees are charged in British Pounds (£) and are due in full at the time of purchase. StreamUK Pro accepts the following payment methods:
- Visa, Mastercard, American Express (debit and credit)
- PayPal
- Cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT)
All transactions are processed securely. StreamUK Pro does not store your payment card details on its servers.
Subscriptions are non-recurring by default — we do not automatically bill you. You must manually renew your subscription before it expires to maintain uninterrupted access.
6 Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Service and the fact that access is granted immediately upon activation, all sales are final and non-refundable once your credentials have been delivered and the service has been activated.
A refund or service extension may be considered at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:
- The Service was completely inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side
- Credentials were never delivered and activation failed entirely
We strongly encourage all users to take advantage of our free 24-hour test via WhatsApp before purchasing a paid subscription.
7 Acceptable Use Policy
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You must not:
- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the Service
- Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security features of the Service
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the Service
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any component of the Service
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful code
8 Intellectual Property
All content accessible through the Service, including but not limited to live TV streams, VOD content, logos, graphics, and software, is the property of their respective copyright holders.
StreamUK Pro grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include any right to:
- Record, download, or reproduce any streamed content
- Redistribute or publicly display any content accessed via the Service
- Create derivative works based on the Service or its content
9 Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.
By using the Service, you consent to the collection, use, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We will never sell your personal data to third parties.
10 Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. StreamUK Pro does not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
- Any specific channel, content, or programme will be available at any given time
- The Service will meet your specific requirements
Stream quality and availability may vary based on your internet connection, device, and geographic location. StreamUK Pro is not responsible for buffering, outages, or quality degradation caused by your ISP or network conditions.
11 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, StreamUK Pro, its directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
In no event shall StreamUK Pro's total liability to you exceed the amount paid by you for the Service in the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12 Termination
StreamUK Pro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Sharing or reselling account credentials
- Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated in bad faith
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. No refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period if termination is due to a breach of these Terms.
13 Changes to These Terms
StreamUK Pro reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
